UX Product Management Internship
at PNC Financial Services Group

During the 10 weeks of my internship, my responsibilities included designing for product roadmaps, wire framing, and creating UX strategies for the credit card loyalty team.
My agile team was responsible for the PNC Credit Cards Rewards program, which has been making recent strategic moves to the mobile space. This includes UX strategies incorporating the bank's rewards program in the Virtual Wallet mobile banking app. I was also responsible for identifying UX opportunities in competitive analyses, defining personas representing our customer segments, and creating various extensive customer journey maps for strategizing within the PNC Credit Card digital space.
By the end of my internship, I presented the wireframes of an interactive prototype to enhance the UX in the personal banking space of PNC.com and PNC mobile engagement.
I also worked extensively on the product roadmap of a new product set to be launched later this year in 2019.
